Smoked Salmon and Mozzarella Crostini


1 Package Smoked Salmon
2 Package Fresh Silani Mozzarella, cut ¼ inch thick
1 Whole Wheat Baguette, sliced diagonally and ½ inch thick
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Honey
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Green Onion, for garnish


Brush each slice of bread with olive oil. Toast in oven until slightly crisp. Layer each slice of bread with fresh Silani sliced mozzarella and smoked salmon. Use approximately 1/4-inch thick slice of mozzarella per crostini. In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth. Drizzle honey-soy glaze evenly over each crostini. Garnish with chopped green onion, then serve.
